Danish designer Mads Odgard developed the MO Lighting Series in 2020 around two elemental forms — the hemisphere and the cylinder — chosen for their clear, logical connections to natural light. The intention was to create lamps that bring serenity and warmth to a space, particularly during the darker months. The result is a collection that is quietly purposeful rather than decorative.
The MO320 Floor Lamp is part of a four-piece series — table, wall, pendant, and floor — united by powder-coated steel construction, collective minimalism, and a broad appeal that works across domestic and contract settings. The hemispherical shade directs light downward with a soft, diffused quality, well suited to reading corners and beside a sofa or desk.
