Designed by Dorothee Becker in 1969, the Uten.Silo is one of the most enduring objects in Vitra's collection — a wall-mounted organiser that turns the everyday clutter of a desk or studio into something worth looking at. Hooks, pockets, clips and compartments of varying depths hold everything from scissors and rulers to cables and keys, all within arm's reach and in plain sight.

The RE I is the larger of the two Uten.Silo RE formats, sized to suit a home office wall, a hallway, or a child's room. It is made from post-industrial recycled ABS plastic and is 100% recyclable — a material choice that honours the original's spirit of purposeful, lasting design. The nickel-plated metal hooks add a considered finish to an object that is as practical as it is graphic.

Available in White RE, Black RE, Japanese Red RE, and Horizon Blue RE.
