Hand-Thrown Terracotta, Made in Portugal

The Edge series is a collection of understated, hand-thrown terracotta pots produced in Portugal using local clay. Inspired by ancient Greek amphora and traditional pottery techniques, each pot tapers gently towards the base, resting on a raised foot. Designed for indoor use, the pots are available in three sizes — from a compact windowsill piece to a generous floor pot for larger plants. None of the pots have a drainage hole; the Ø18cm size includes a small metal grid in the base to allow water to drain.

Stilleben is a design duo founded by Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Nordentoft — both ceramicists, who met at The Danish Design School. Their Copenhagen store has become an internationally recognised destination for carefully selected craft and design objects, and their work for Skagerak brings that same considered eye to everyday living.
