Portable Light, Iconic Form

The Panthella 160 Portable is the most compact expression of Verner Panton's celebrated Panthella design — scaled down to 160mm to sit comfortably on a bedside table, desk, or dining surface, and light enough to take outside to a balcony or terrace. The same design logic applies: both the stem and the shade act as reflectors, bouncing soft, diffused light to produce a warm, glare-free glow.

The Design

Available in a wide range of opal and opaque finishes, the Panthella 160 Portable adapts to almost any interior without losing its sculptural identity. A touch switch on the top nut steps through 10%, 33%, and 100% brightness, and the IP44 rating means it moves freely between indoor and outdoor settings. A white indicator light on the base shows when charging is in progress.

Please note: the Panthella 160 Portable comes with a USB-C cable but without an adapter.
