The CH327 190cm is Hans J. Wegner’s dining table for everyday life — a considered size that seats six comfortably without dominating the room. Designed in 1962, it brings the same refined construction as the larger 248cm version, scaled for the dining rooms and kitchens where most meals actually happen.
The solid wood tabletop sits with a distinctive floating quality, created by the side rails that run beneath it — joined higher at the legs and narrowing between them to maximise leg room. The wood grain follows the length of the table, and the legs taper gently towards the floor, giving the CH327 a lightness that belies its solidity.
Craftsmanship & Finish
The CH327 190cm seats six and can be extended at each end with a 40cm wide extension plate to seat up to ten. A 248cm version seating eight is also available, extending to twelve. The elegant CH327 is equally suited as a dining table, meeting table, or desk.
