The AH601 is the lounge chair in Alfred Homann's AH Outdoor Series — lower, wider, and more reclined than the dining chairs, but sharing the same design logic. Designed in 2022, it has the same FSC™-certified teak frame, hand-polished joints, and stackable construction that runs through the whole series.
Where the AH501 and AH502 are built for the table, the AH601 is built for the afternoon. The seat is deeper, the back more angled, and the armrests positioned for rest rather than reach. The same gently curved backrests and braces that define the series are here — just reconfigured for a slower pace.
Craftsmanship & Finish
Teak is a naturally hardy wood that weathers well outdoors, developing a silver-grey patina over time if left untreated — or it can be oiled to maintain its warm honey tone.
