The A810 is the twin-shade counterpart to the Angel Wing A805, designed by Aalto for the National Pensions Institute in Helsinki. Where the A805 has a single louvered shade, the A810 carries two — each hand-riveted from individual steel strips, white painted, and angled to create an interplay of direct and indirect light across a wider area. The stand is steel covered in hand-sewn black leather, with a tube in either polished brass or stainless steel connecting to the shade arms. A substantial floor light with a strong architectural presence.

Available in two finishes: tube in polished brass or tube in stainless steel.
