Louis Poulsen Panthella 320 Table Lamp V2
Manufacturer: Louis Poulsen | Designer: Verner Panton, 1971
A Classic in the Right Proportion
The Panthella 320 Table Lamp is the mid-size expression of one of Verner Panton's most enduring designs. Introduced in 1971, the Panthella was conceived as a lamp where both the trumpet-shaped stem and the hemispherical shade act as reflectors — bouncing light back through the translucent opal acrylic to produce a soft, diffused, glare-free glow that fills a room without overwhelming it.
The Design
The 320 sits between the compact 160 and the larger 400, making it well-suited to side tables, desks, and bedside settings where presence matters but scale does not. The opal acrylic shade — available in Opal White and Opal Beige — gives the lamp a clean, luminous quality that reads equally well in contemporary and classic interiors. An on-cord switch keeps operation simple.
- Shade: Injection-moulded opal acrylic
- Base: Injection-moulded polycarbonate
- Top nut: High lustre chrome-plated
- Cord: 2.5m with on/off switch
- Bulb: E14, max 75W (not supplied)
- Available in Opal White and Opal Beige
Part of the Louis Poulsen Panthella Family collection.
