The Ariette is a study in restraint. Designed by Tobia Scarpa in 1973, it mounts flush to the wall or ceiling and emits a broad, even wash of diffused light through its stretched synthetic fabric diffuser — no glare, no hotspots, just a quiet luminous surface. The result is a lamp that disappears into the room while transforming it.

Available in two square formats, the Ariette suits everything from a bedside wall to a generous living room ceiling. The fiberglass-reinforced polyamide fitting keeps the profile minimal and the installation straightforward.
