Initiate Your Request
Log into your Innes account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
