Following the reception of the Cone Chair in 1958, Verner Panton returned to the same formal language and pushed it further. The result was the Heart Cone Chair — its sweeping, heart-shaped backrest transforming the original's geometric provocation into something at once more expressive and more enveloping. It became an icon almost immediately, and has remained one ever since.
The generous backrest offers real freedom of movement, while padded upholstery throughout ensures the chair is as comfortable as it is considered. A refined aesthetic statement that works equally well as a singular object or within a broader interior composition.
Available with a stainless steel satin-finish or powder-coated base, and upholstered in a selection of fabrics or Leather Premium — configured as a striking centrepiece or worn with quiet restraint, depending on the interior.
