The Heart of the Garden

The Selandia Table 180×100cm is the centrepiece of the Selandia series — a solid, spacious teak dining table designed for long meals outdoors. Its stadium-formed slatted top sits on curved crossover legs, and can be extended with one or two leaves to accommodate larger gatherings. A central umbrella hole with a brass cover plate keeps the table looking complete whether a parasol is in use or not.

Crafted from 100% FSC-certified solid teak, the surface develops a natural silver-grey patina over time — or can be oiled to preserve its original honey tone.

Mogens Holmriis is a Danish designer and cabinetmaker with a lifelong passion for working with wood. Born in Bjerringbro in 1955, he qualified as a cabinetmaker in 1974 and later as an architect from the School of Architecture in Aarhus in 1985.
