Poul Henningsen designed the PH Hat in 1961 with bedroom lighting in mind — a wall light that would cast soft, indirect light without a trace of glare, warmed by a rose-coloured inner shade. Originally produced in two sizes, only the smaller version remains in production today. Its gentle, enveloping light makes it equally well suited to foyers, hallways, stairways and passages — anywhere a quiet, considered light is needed.

The shade can be tilted between 0° and approximately 67°, allowing the angle of light distribution to be adjusted to suit the space. The rose-coloured interior reflects a warm tone into the room; the white outer shade keeps the exterior clean and unobtrusive. The result is 100% glare-free, indirect light with a soft, flattering quality.

Available with cord and plug (2.4m cord, on/off switch on wall box) or without cord for hardwiring (wall bracket mounting, with or without switch on wall box — contact us to specify). Light source not included.
