The Palissade Cantilever Armchair is Ronan Bouroullec's reinterpretation of the original Palissade — retaining its symmetrical design language but with a floating cantilever frame that gives it a lighter, airier character. The armrests shift it from a pure dining chair into something more settled: a seat you stay in rather than perch on.

The cantilever frame has a subtle flex that provides comfort through a gentle spring-like feel — a quality that is immediately noticeable and difficult to achieve in a steel outdoor chair. Compatible with HAY's Palissade and Terrazza cushions for additional comfort.
