Camaleonda was designed by Mario Bellini in 1970 and has lost none of its relevance since. Built around a 90×90cm seat module whose original cutting pattern was preserved in the reissue by mutual agreement between Bellini and B&B Italia, it remains one of the most characterful sofas in the canon of twentieth-century Italian design. The characteristic capitónné padding is formed by an innovative system of cables, hooks and rings — allowing modules to be unhooked and recombined at will to suit any space or evolving configuration.
Composition 01 is the linear three-element configuration — a clean, considered arrangement that works equally well as a standalone sofa or as the starting point for a larger modular layout. Available in a wide choice of fabric grades (B, A, Extra, Super, Lusso, M) or leather (Beta, Alfa, Gamma, Kasia, Koto, Kora). Contact our team for fabric samples and advice on grade selection.
